You can see the quality of personnel in Jonathan and this propaganda Govt,11 months no results.Boko haram has been decimated but the attack military Battalion and IDP Camps in Towns ,not in sambisa forest.There is no power supply,no fuel supply,no road project,exchange rate is disaster ,internal peace is absent.He hoped on Ameria and Britain ,today it is now China,later Indiia or Vietnam,shameless govt.
