Why give room to MANIPULATION? We’ve known since we began having elections in Nigeria, that RIGGING takes place at the point of CENTRAL COLLATION. INEC can’t claim ignorance of the INSECURITY that is bedevilling this nation and so should stop giving room to where humans handling the election results will be exposed to limitless danger. The politicians are too desperate and so can, infact kills to have results declared in their favour. I therefore ask why TRANSMIT RESULTS ELECTRONICALLY from the pulling unit if the results will still be collated manually which gives room for manipulation?
