Ugwuanyi: Nsukka community in Canada commends Gov. Chime, PDP

Members of Nsukka Senatorial Zone Community in Toronto, Canada, has commended Enugu State PDP stakeholders and Governor Sullivan Chime, for their decision to zone the position of the incoming Governor of the State to the zone and the nomination of Hon. Ugwuanyi as the PDP candidate for the governorship election in the State.
In a release jointly signed by Dr. Sam Chikadibia Agu and Peter Ifeajuna Ukwuaba, they acknowledged the nomination as a historical event for their people adding that they have no doubt that Hon. Ugwuanyi will use his privilege and opportunity to continue the legacy of good government that has been created by Governor Sullivan Chime to move forward the quality of life of their people across Enugu State.
According to the group, “We must not forget to thank Governor Sullivan Chime for the great job that he has done in Enugu State during his seven years plus in office. He has demonstrated his capability not only as a great statesman but as a progressive and impartial leader, a man of tact and dignity who has transformed Enugu State into a secured and stable state that has become second to none in development and attraction of investments.
“History will never forget that Governor Sullivan Chime has maintained a healthy democracy by making this decision with the PDP Stakeholders to maintain a political equilibrium thereby eliminating the seeming imbalance that has existed before in Enugu State,” they stated.
