He got $6bn loan indenminfied by fg since 2012 but yet to commence construction of any of the plants.I thought yoy use documents including design drawings and feasibility studies as instruments to source for loans.
Govt should intervene in what Dangote is doing about actualizing these projects since fg suretied him at World Bank.
