Section 308 of the Nigerian constitution is an aberration of democracy that should be yanked out of the pages of the Nigerian book of polity.
In this case, I’m with the EFCC officials regardless of the fact that they may be carrying out a wonky order from the above that is becoming vitiated by those who currently occupy the above.
The aberrant protection the Nigerian constitution gives to the corrupt sitting governors around the country has consistently been brazenly abused by the governors. It’s time this putrid section 308 of the Nigerian is leafed out.
