El Rufai spoke very well here especially where he said that incompetent people have been running and ruining Nigeria. But he only alluded to the National Assembly members and State Governors; he did not even mention that the greatest culprit is his principal, Muhammadu Buhari, who has no certificate. So, while I respect what he has said, I know he is not being frank about it.
