In any case, I do not think this policy is proper. Annual leave will enable someone to plan for projects and programmes that require a longer time. People have different programmes at different times and fix their leaves accordingly. Lummping workers’ leave into one time in the week is iladvised. The governor may mean well, but this is without regard to workers’ rights.
