NGF and Wage Inceease

Governor Fayemi, speaking for Nigeria Governorrs' Forum may be right that the Federal Executive Council should not decide for states; but what is the statutory role of NGF in Nigeria? Nigeria Governors Forum does not exist in the Nigerian Constitution and should stop parading itself as another agency of government. If states argue that FEC cannot decide for them, that's ok; then let them face the labour one on one, governor per governor and not resort to obstructing decisions reached by properly constituted bodies. NGF is just an association/pressure group and cannot replace any agency of government. Fayemi and his colleagues should recognise that fact and let sleeping dogs lie. This game with labour is getting too far and annoying!
