Why this long drag, we are looking for academic execellence and competence, and not just paper certificate. People should be hired and paid, based on their output, not on paper certificate. Paper certificate is not too important any where in the whole world. How many HND holders have been able to develope and produce anything from their studies, without either blaming the government or the system? The same is seen in B.SC studies; after studying Igbo, Hausa or Youruba or any lang, he/she is employed to work in the bank or any big government office because of…. (you know now, we are all Naija people)
