When he was suing the AGF it never occurred to him that President Buhari had not appointed anybody as AGF. What I find annoying in this case is that the Judiciary is indulging this man. He instituted some cases and appealed the judgment before supreme court. The appeal is yet to be decided he then starts another round of similar cases. If he is convinced he is not guilty why not save tax payers’ money hop on a plane to US prove his case and come back instead of wasting valuable resources that should be used for other cases..
