Nigeria has only one commander in chief and that is the president of Nigeria, any request or deployment of the nation&#039;s security service especially the the Nigerian military must comes from the president and only him alone has the constitutional power as prescribed by the nigerian constitution. Nobody body or institutions must usurp the power of the president when it comes to request and deployment of the the Nigerian military personnels.]]></description>
