But please let the tenor be extended to at least 7 years. Do the same for housing and you see reduction in treasury looting by the number one looters – the civil servants. This would be the best anti-corruption drive, only if government will be willing to fight the monster CORRUPTION. I believe if the government is able to reduce financial corruption, all other forms of it would naturally decline.
