By the way the Report of Police investigation said the attack was not carried out by Fulani herdsmen,how come the same police has now arrested some men as herdsmen? With Nigerian -Hausa police you cannot go wrong on any issue,this si just an attenpt to stop Enugu state Governor from establishing state Vigilante Services to protect their people.
I think the Governor and indeed all the state Governors in the South should establish Vigilante Groups and use them to safe guard their people after all they are the chief security officers of their various states.If all the monies they have spent on the police has been invested in their various state Vigilante Services by now they would have perfected the act of policing better.
