One major problem in all this is that, like as you mentioned 4 years ago happened, “special task forces” are deployed and arrests are made… But then what happens?

The arrests you mention (67 of them) occurred in Benin, Edo State. The Attorney General was a cultist (NBM member) and all murder charges, cultism charges, robbery charges etc were all dropped.

The solution can only be a top to bottom removal of all cultists from all sectors of society.
