Did they share this intelligence with the Military authorities or they kept the intelligence to themselves?
In fact why is he telling us about it now,it means they also can locate Shekau too.Britain and America know where ISIS ARE IN iRAQ,Yemen,Libya and El shabab in Somolia but completely ignore Boko haram in sparse forest Sambisa in Borno state,this is curious to me.
