Governor of Anambra State, Prof Charles Soludo, has disclosed that some of the gunmen who attacked the senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, have been arrested.
Soludo said this in Enugu Ukwu, Njikoka Local Government Council of Anambra yesterday at the burial ceremony of late Pa Boniface Nwakwo, father of the member representing Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Federal Constituency at House of Representatives, Dozie Nwankwo.
According to the governor, there is no hiding place for criminals in the state, vowing to go after criminal elements in the state.
“The security operatives will fish them out wherever they are. They cannot escape justice,” he said.
