The Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Sullivan Chime has commenced his annual vacation with effect from today the 18th day of June 2014.
The State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Chuks Ugwoke announced this to the Press in Enugu at the end of the State Executive Council meeting chaired by the Governor.
He stated that Governor Chime announced it to the good people of Enugu State and members of the council during the councils meeting.
Mr. Ugwoke told the Press that the vacation will take the Governor and members of his extended family to the United States of America.
The Commissioner said that during the period of the annual vacation, the Deputy Governor of the State, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi will work as the Acting Governor of the State.
