Nigeria midfielder, Joel Obi, on Thursday completed his move from boyhood club Inter Milan to Torino for €3m in a four-year contract.
He will be earning €450,000 per season, according to a report on Toro News.
The 24-year-old, who has 13 caps for Nigeria, had his performance limited by injuries at Inter before the club loaned him to Parma two seasons ago.
Obi will likely replace Morocco international El Kaddouri, who will be returning to parent club Napoli after completing a loan spell in Turin.
While the Moroccan is respected for his quality ball possession, Obi is fast and formidable in open spaces.
Obi, who started his youth career at Inter in 2005, made his debut in the Nerrazurri senior team in 2010 under manager Rafa Benitez. Former manager Jose Mourinho had earlier drafted him into the first team.
