There are indications that the on going strike by university teachers will soon be called off emerged following a proposed meeting of leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the governing council of Universities and the Vice Chancellors.
The meeting is scheduled for today, Wednesday September 14, 2022.
The federal government had on September 6, held a meeting with the vice-chancellors, pro-chancellors, and management of federal universities over the ongoing strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
