A governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the 2023 general election in Enugu State, Donatus Udeh, has been found dead.
Udeh went missing on Saturday, 22 April, and was found dead on Wednesday 26 April at the 9th Mile area in Enugu.
Also, it was reported that following the recovery of his telephone, his wife went to the Ogui Police Division where she reported the disappearance of her husband.
There is no official statement from the police over the death of Udeh at the time of filing this report.
Udeh was a former Enugu State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) before defecting to APGA.
He contested in APGA’s primary election in May 2022 which was won by former Minister of Information and Communication, Frank Nweke.
Nweke polled 273 votes to defeat the closest rival Jeff Nnamani while the late Udeh got two votes.
