The Publicity Secretary of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, has had his no-case submission thrown out by an Abuja Federal High Court today.
The court ruled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has made a prima facie case of money laundering against him and that it’s left for him now to defend himself.
The court scheduled the opening of the defence to March 17. – The News.
