Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar met with Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike on Monday.
According to reports, the meeting, which was held to reconcile the two PDP chieftains, was held in Abuja.
It was learnt that the meeting was to give the PDP “a great chance” of winning the 2023 presidential election.
Present at the meeting include former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, Mohammed Bello Adoke, SAN; Chief Dan Orbih; Senator Olaka Nwogu; Senator Ehigie Uzamere; Mr Tunde Ayeni, Engineer Emeka Woke among others.
The PDP held its presidential primary in Abuja on Saturday.
Atiku had scored 371 votes while Wike polled a total of 237 votes.
