BREAKING: Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun resigns from office

The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, has reportedly resigned from the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to Daily Trust, Adeosun resigned over allegations that she forged her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate.

  1. I think this is a very good development and a great milestone in this country where anybody can do anything and easily get away with it. It will also serve a good lesson to all those out there who believe in cutting corners due to ephemeral things like influence, status and money. The country’s laws applies to all citizens and as such, should be obeyed by all. I salute her for her courage and shinning example to upcoming generations.

    I will honestly advise her to join the next batch of NYSC Corpers and put this whole episode behind her in the next few months
