The wife of Enugu State Governor, Mrs. Monica Ugwuanyi, has enjoined women in the state to offer support to one another and share information that could improve their living standard.
Mrs. Ugwuanyi who gave the advise during this month’s Women Prayer Network held at Michael Okpara Square, Enugu, admonished Christians to live up to their calling and lead by example.
In her words, “Try to support one another, share information mainly with the downtrodden in the 17 local government areas of Enugu State. You need to be compassionate to attract the blessings of the Lord.”
Mrs. Ugwuanyi thanked the officiating pastors and promised to remain a strong advocate for the welfare of the Women Prayer Network towards improving the members’ socio-economic condition.
Earlier in a sermon, Pastor Chinyere Onuoma, prayed God to continue to crown Governor Ugwuanyi’s efforts with success given how he strives to touch the lives of both the rural and urban populace.
