Ikpea receives national leadership award

The National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters’ Club (NFSC), Rev. Samuel Ikpea, has been honoured with a national leadership award by the Society for Advancement of Credible Leadership ( SOACREL).

Presenting the award to Ikpea at the NFSC headquarters in Lagos, the Director- General of the Abuja based  organisation, Ambassador Johnny Ben, described Ikpea as a distinguished Nigerian who has also contributed immensely to the development of Nigeria through sports.

” Your role as the national chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters’ club and your philanthropic activities, as well as your exemplary leadership qualities has endeared you to millions of Nigerian across the world” he stated.

An elated Ikpea thanked God for the award, while also describing it as pleasant.

” I am indeed grateful to God for making this possible. This is also a pleasant surprise because I wasn’t expecting. I say thank you to the organisers of this award for recognising my humble contributions.
” And without a doubt, it would spur me into working harder for the benefit of Nigeria and humanity, ” he added.
