Kebbi State Government has given automatic employment to all the forty-five new doctors of the state origin who graduated from university recently.
Governor Atiku Bagudu gave this indication in Birnin Kebbi while hosting the Medical Doctors.
The medical graduates are from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto, Sudan and India, including Dr. Asama’u Nuruddeen who passed out as the best medical graduate from Danfodio University.
Governor Bagudu affirmed commitment to sustaining provision of enabling environment to all indigenes of the state to study anywhere in the world.
In a remark, the wife of the governor, Dr. Zainab Bagudu commended the governor for placing premium on quality healthcare services and uplifting the health sector in the state.
She announced that the government would provide support to the best medical graduate, Dr. Asama’u Nuruddeen to pursue her residency programme in any institution of her choice.
