The Federal Government has commenced the compilation of successful N-Power candidates in Adamawa State for the 2017/2018 programme.
The State Director, National Orientation Agency, NOA, Mr. Ahmad Abba, told newsmen in an interview in Yola, yesterday, that the agency, in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President, had begun the compilation of verified candidates for the second series of the programme.
He said the exact number of those to be captured in the scheme will be made public after the compilation, which commenced yesterday, and will end December 22.
“Initially, 8,045 applied for the scheme in Adamawa for 2017/2018 programme and the candidates, whose names were published, have since been verified”, he added.
According to him, successful applicants will be deployed to work in their areas of specialisation from January 2018.
