Senate proceeds on two-month vacation, resumes plenary Sept 14

The Senate Thursday proceeded on a two- month annual vacation shortly after considering the votes and proceedings of the day’s plenary.

Senate Leader, Senator Yahaya Abdullahi, at about 6.55pm moved the motion for the upper chamber to proceed on annual vacation by adjourning plenary till Tuesday, September 14.

The motion was seconded by the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe.
