Chelsea have a deal in place to sign Atletico Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The shot-stopper has emerged as Chelsea’s top target to replace Thibaut Courtois, who wants to join Real Madrid.
Courtois has gone AWOL in the hope of securing a move to Real, but Chelsea need a replacement.
And Marca claim the Blues have got their man.
According to the report, Chelsea will announce Arrizabalaga’s signing today.
They will pay the £71m (€80m) release clause in his Bilbao contract.
Ironically, it was Real who almost signed Arrizabalaga for £17.5m in January – but the club backed out of a deal in order to pursue Courtois.
Marca claim Arrizabalaga could be training with the Chelsea squad by Thursday and may make his debut against Huddersfield on Saturday.
