Dangote Plc has rebranded and repackaged some of its products to give more value to consumers.
The Managing Director, Mr. Vasu Moodley, stated this during a ceremony to reward some of its clients and unveil the newly-rebranded products in Lagos.
“Dangote Noodles and Pasta subsidiaries of Dangote Flour Mills have introduced the new and improved pasta and noodles brands in new packs,” he said.
He said that the company was committed to providing quality products and build reputable brands that drive consumer preference.
“In our never-ending bid to achieve absolute consumer satisfaction, we have improved the formulation of Dangote spaghetti now offering non-sticky strands, giving a great cooking experience that out performs any brand in its category,” he said.
He explained that Dangote Pasta came in three variants known as Spaghetti Standard, Spaghetti Slim and Macaroni Elbow.
The managing director said Dangote Noodles offers noodles at great value, made with high-quality ingredients that guarantees tasting meals every time.
The Marketing Executive, Mrs. Tokunbo Dosumu, said that the programme was not only about packaging of the product but all that goes behind it.
“We put a lot of thinking and hard work behind our brand. We want a more pleasant experience for our brand and better quality for our consumers,” she said.
While noting that they were existing products in the market, she said that the firm wanted to present to Nigerians the best-quality product at the best value.
“We are also using this forum to reward our customers who have walked the long difficult journey with us, from last year, and we will be rewarding our top-performing customers, depending on how much value they have given to the firm,” she said.
She said that the criteria the firm used to reward the customers were based on performance, and other issues like the penetration the customers achieved for the firm within certain regions.
