The National Chairman of Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC), Rev. Samuel Ikpea, has congratulated Frank Ilaboya over his election at the polls to become the Executive Chairman of Owan West local government area of Edo State.
Ilaboya was, until his election, the Edo State SWAN chairman.
He had previously contested unsuccessfully for a seat in the State House of Assembly.
In a press release on Sunday, Ikpea described the outcome as a “well deserved victory” for an astute administrator.
” On behalf of myself, the executive and entire members of the Nigeria Football Supporters club, I say a big congratulations to our friend, Mr. Frank Ilaboya, over his well-deserved victory as the executive chairman of Owan West local government area of Edo State,” Ikpea stated.
“We believe this election will be the dawn of bigger and better things for the good people of the local government, the state and Nigeria in general”, the statement added.
