The on-going raid on prominent Nigerians over their alleged involvement in the bungled arms deal under the immediate past administration has led to the arrest of Chief Raymond Dokpesi, former Chairman of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television and Raypower Radio by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
