FirstBank set to reward more customers in the Savings Promo Bonanza final draw

 

As part of its continued drive to encourage savings culture in the youth and unbanked segments as well as part of its reward initiative for its customers, FirstBank, Nigeria’s best banking brand has rewarded more customers in the FirstBank Savings Promo Bonanza Final Draw which took place yesterday, March 12, 2015. The promo which kicked off in September 2014 had its grand finale yesterday and 246 winners emerged.

 

 

 

The monthly and quarterly raffle draws in the FirstBank Savings Bonanza have produced several winners in the past months to include 300 winners of 32-inch LED Televisions, 300 winners of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, 300 winners of Home Theatre Systems,300 winners of N50,000 cash prize each and 6winners of a brand new Hyundai Elantra  and Toyota Corolla cars.

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking at the event, Head, Consumer Banking Products, Mrs. Adebimpe Ihekuna said that “The FirstBank Savings Bonanza is a platform designed for enhancing savings culture amongst Nigeriansand encouraging the youths as well as the unbanked to embrace the financial services system. ”It is designed to reward customers for their patronage and loyalty to the brand over the years in keeping with the Brand’s promise of putting customers first. Mrs. Ihekuna also added that the Bank has been changing the life style of average Nigerians with its Savings Promo since 2008.

 

 

 

In addition, Mrs. Adebimpe said that the Bank has offered delightful star prizes during its past promos. During the ‘Big Splash Promo’ (June – December, 2008), the star prize winner was given abrand new Toyota Corolla GLi 1.8 Car (2008 Model). In the ‘Big Splash Promo – Reloaded’ (February 2009 – August 2009), the star prize was a Prado Jeep. ‘FirstBank Golden Promo’ (March 2010 – February 2011) saw the star prize winner cart away N10 million Naira while ten (10) lucky Nigerians were sponsored to the UK, all-expense paid, to watch the 2012 London Olympic Games live through the Save & Excel Promo (Oct. 2011 – September 2012). The star prize winner of the just concluded 120th Anniversary Promo went home with a mouth-watering 4-bedroom detached duplex in Lekki, Lagos. Thousands of customers have also won prizes such as refrigerators, Home theatre systems, television sets, laptops, motorcycles, salon cars, and cash amongst other gifts.

 

Commenting further on the promo, Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications for FirstBank, Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuneyreiterated FirstBank’s commitment to her customers’ needs and aspirations and enjoined them to continue to patronize the Bank whilst assuring of the Bank’s drive to continue to churn out innovative and tailored-fit products and services.

 

 

 

In ensuring transparency and credibility of the draws, the process is under the supervision of the national lottery regulatory council andwith world class consultants, KPMG, to ensure the promo alignswith world best practice.
