The grand finale of the GTCrea8 mini cooper promo – Season 2 held on Thursday December 4, 2014 at the Bank’s corporate Head office where the winner was announced.
Adebiyi Mariam Ajoke, an ND2 student of Business Administration, Lagos State Polytechnic, emerged the winner of the Season 2 GTCrea8 promo and won the star prize of a brand new mini cooper; a stylish fun-to-drive subcompact coupe with an efficient, boxy front-wheel-drive layout.
The GTCrea8 mini cooper promo also rewards undergraduates from different Nigeria tertiary institutions with scholarship monthly.
This is in line with the bank’s decision to support education and financial discipline.
Miss Shalom Elisha Wigwe, a 400 level Medical student of the University of Lagos was the proud winner of the mini cooper car in the Season 1 of the GTCrea8 promo.
A 200 level student of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Mr. Mohammed Yisa was also rewarded with N1,000,000.00 worth of scholarship for being the five millionth customer of the Bank.
The GTCrea8 account allows students conveniently carry out all their banking activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world, without having to step into a banking hall.
The essence of the promo is to promote a healthy saving culture and an increased adoption of the use of alternate banking channels amongst Nigeria students.
The Bank also organizes campus storms in various tertiary institutions across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, where students stand the chance of winning Nokia phones and other prizes instantly.
All that is required to participate and benefit from this bonanza, is for undergraduates in tertiary institutions to open a GTCrea8 e-savers account and conduct a minimum of three transactions on alternate banking channels such as ATM, POS and Internet Banking monthly to qualify for the draws.
In addition to the above criteria, students must maintain a minimum account balance of N5,000.00 for six consecutive months to be eligible for the star prize.
The star prize winner will be selected by a raffle draw at the end of the promo season.
