As the battle to clinch the governorship slot in Abia State thickens, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the state, Dr. Alex Otti, has vowed that no amount of intimidation would stop him from spreading his message of hope and restoration to the people of the state.
Otti, who spoke through his Director of Media and Publicity, Chris Ukah, shortly after the APGA flag bearer narrowly escaped an assassination attempt while on a campaign tour in Ndioro Village, Ikwuano L.G.A, assured that he was committed to reinventing an elaborate programme that touches the people’s lives.
He alleged that, perhaps, jealous of the resounding acceptance of the APGA candidate all over the state, the state government decided to employ people to disrupt all their town hall meetings.
He also noted that targets of the attack were Otti and the candidate running for Abia Central senatorial seat.
