Ogun State Government has commenced the rehabilitation of a Federal Government-owned 20km road, Ago-Ika-Adatan Road in Abeokuta North Local Government area.
The state government said this was a move to ensure that road users within the state have accident-free and safe motoring.
Speaking with journalists after inspecting the level of work done at the Ago-Ika-Adatan Road, the Permanent Secretary, Kayode Ademolake, explained that officials of the ministry would also immediately begin repairs of the main entrance at the Sagamu-Benin Road after the completion of the drainage clearing in Ijebu-Ode.
He also said the ministry would equally rehabilitate the Ajegunle township road in Sagamu.
